After reading in the Tampa Tribune about the Dormon Residence being under construction in Winter Haven, Dr. David Taxdal and his wife Lucia commissioned Leedy to design and build three medical buildings for them, an office building for his private practice in the late 1960’s, a clinic for neurosurgery in 1986, and an MRI center in 1990.
